We had a lovely weekend getaway at this delightful period cottage. The location was superb, right in the heart of the town, and we could easily explore all the attractions and eateries on foot. The house itself was quirky and cosy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The facilities were great, providing everything we needed for basic cooking and plenty of space to relax. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. a perfect gem for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The room at The Quarter House was so cozy and welcoming. It had a private bathroom with a lovely bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. As someone who enjoys taking baths, this was a major plus for me.
Personally, I'm not a fan of shared spaces, so the communal areas at The Quarter House were not my cup of tea. However, I understand that some people might enjoy meeting other guests and mingling.
